Bourou Noguchi Hakodate, Hakodate

During my stay, I was amazed by the enormous size of my duplex room. It featured a living room on the lower floor and a bathroom on the upper floor, which is extraordinary by Japanese standards. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including coffee beans for the coffee maker and an in-room onsen. I particularly enjoyed the empty Japanese-style living room, perfect for yoga or just relaxing. The views from the windows facing east and west were a good bonus.

The dining experience at Bourou Noguchi was really good. Each room has its designated dining area for breakfast and dinner, which made the meals feel intimate and personalized. I loved the variety of both Japanese and Western dishes, but I found that the Japanese options were particularly good. The service in the restaurant was perfect, reflecting the high standards associated with Japanese hospitality.

Having my own private onsen in the room was a game changer! After long days of exploring, there was nothing more satisfying than soaking in my private bath. The cleanliness and serenity of the in-room onsen provided a soothing atmosphere that helped me unwind completely. This luxury made my stay all the more nice.

I absolutely loved the stone sauna that the hotel offered. It was an excellent way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. The spa facilities were well-maintained, providing a comforting environment that made my stay even more pleasurable. I wish I had discovered the sauna earlier during my visit!
